I think it's fine. And since you don't have pictures and it's only text, it loads fast. Also, having it colorful makes it stand out from a post/reply and is therefore easy to skip over if people don't want to read it.

I just want to acknowledge that I realize that my signature does not fit the guidelines. I do plan to change it. I've been too embroiled in a difficult house issue this week to put energy into changing my signature. I will try to take care of it this week.
